| Dr. Fletcher is from Ontario, Canada. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor's degree in Science. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1992 after completing externships at Indian Health Services in Shiprock, New Mexico and Irwin Army Hospital at Ft. Riley, Kansas.
