| Dr. Kluttz grew up in Manhattan, Kansas. He has undergraduate degrees from both Kansas State University and Manhattan Christian College. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Oklahoma College of Optometry at Northeastern State University in 2009. His clinical training was done in various hospitals and clinics of the Cherokee Nation. Dr. Kluttz completed his externship at the Jack C. Montgomery VA hospital in Muskogee, OK. His research has been featured on the cover of the Journal of Vision Research.
