Jessica Putnam, OD

Jessica Putnam, OD, is a second-generation optometrist in Salina, KS at The EyeDoctors Optometrists. Dr. Putnam, who grew up working in her father’s optometry clinic, completed her undergraduate education and moved on to earn a Doctor of Optometry degree magna cum laude from Southern College of Optometry in 2012. Dr. Putnam practices comprehensive optometry for all ages and takes a special interest in slowing down myopia progression, specialty contact lens fittings, dry eye treatment, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, age-related macular degeneration, cataracts and co-management of cataract surgery, and co-management of refractive surgery such as LASIK and PRK.

In Dr. Putnam's free time, she is busy chasing her five children and two corgis. She moved to Salina summer of 2024 after serving the Olathe community for 13 years. She is excited to be in Salina and has already felt blessed by the community.
